Each class is led by two teachers: a head teacher and an assistant teacher.
Main teachers are primarily licensed educators with either a teaching license or a kindergarten teaching license. In some cases, experienced teachers with over three years of teaching experience and excellent performance evaluations may also take the lead.
Gymnastics, music, and Japanese will be taught by subject teachers.
A licensed nursery teacher will be assigned to the 2-year-old class.
